HTC raked in a cool $1.8 billion in the second quarter of 2010, netting $268 million in profit. It attributes most of its success this year to Android. HTC is projecting it will move 20 million handsets versus 12 million last year. That is cranking out a handset every 1.57 seconds. In the time it took you read this post, 15 more phones got finished.
