LG's KS20 now available in France and Germany

"Announced in August, LG's HSDPA-totin' touchscreen KS20 was just released for retail in Europe -- France and Germany to be specific with more countries coming on the quick. Nothing new to report, same business minded, 12.8-mm thick Windows Mobile 6 handset with 3.6Mbps data, WiFi, Bluetooth, 2 megapixel camera (VGA up front), up to 4-hours talk, and built-in stylus for navigating with precision on that busy, 240 x 320 pixel, 2.8-inch WinMo interface. No prices given but we're sure your carrier will happily oblige."

Wow! Maybe it's just the great flash demo, but this phone looks beautiful, especially compared to the clunker I'm using. If you've been hungering for a new phone and you live in France or Germany, dinner is served! In a previous post, it appeared that WiFi may be vendor-specific, but at least on the LG site, it lists support for 802.11 b/g. On Vodaphone's French site shows WiFi in it's list of features. However, I could find accessories only, but not the KS20 itself in the Alle Handys list on Vodaphone's German site. Worse, on vendor Vedico-shop's tie-in with T-Mobile Germany, it's not listed as a feature and the phone doesn't show up at the carrier's site. What we need is someone to go buy one and verify it. Better yet, send it here and I'll happily check it over.
