HP UK Announces The rx5000, rx4000, and rw6815

"The introductions include the all new HP iPAQ rx5000 series Travel Companion, the HP iPAQ rw6815 Personal Messenger and the HP iPAQ rx4000 Mobile Media Companion. The new HP iPAQ handhelds are equipped with the latest Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system and deliver enhanced mobile communication, entertainment and productivity through simpler navigation and access to data."
We've known about the coming of the rx5000 and rx4000 for some time, but the announcement of the rw6815 is a surprise - it's so far only been sold in the Asia-Pacific region. Looks like the Quanta-made device is going to be made available globally instead, or at least in Europe. All models will be available by the end of October, with the following SRPs:
• rx5000: £299 inc VAT - £349 inc VAT, depending on model
• rw6815: £369.99 inc VAT
• rx4240: £199.99 SRP inc VAT from Dixons / PC World stores exclusively
• rx4540(1GB storage): £249.99 inc Vat
