Italian Windows Mobile site Solopalmari have put together a nice roundup of the SPB benchmark results from 22 mostly recent devices. You can get to the (awful) Google translation here, though its hardly needed to understand the results. In any case, the original link also has English summaries for you to view (look for the bowler hats!). Great resource if some of these devices are on your shopping list.
