MobilitySite Reviews the Holux GPSlim 240 Bluetooth GPS Receiver

"This review is of Holux's lightest (weighs less than 35 grams!), and smallest GPS receiver based on SiRF STAR III architecture. It looks similar to a USB pen drive, but thicker. The Holux GPSlim240 is a narrow and compact GPS receiver, design based on SiRF Star III low power architecture. See size comparison to other GPS models below. With a low power consumption, the GR-240 can track up to 20 channels at a time. Impressive slim design that is definitely very different from its predecessor, the Holux GPSlim236."

Wow! This unit truly is quite slim (pictured 2nd from the left). If you're in the market for a Bluetooth GPS receiver, check out this review. The size of this device combined with the very-excellent SiRF Star III chip makes this an appealing package on paper, but does it deliver the goods? Read the review and let us know your experiences if you happen to own one yourself!
