"The Analyzer's HP iPAQ pocket PC runs with up to 25-element software suites using fundamental parameters, spectral matching and/or empirically- generated calibrations. Pocket PC features a color touch-screen display, up to 1 GB of memory, Bluetooth wireless communications, email and Internet access, GPS, plus many other features. Pocket PC technology offers flexible software, exceptional graphical user interface (GUI), and conventional MS Windows architecture for rapid and seamless customization."

While we may not be jumping up and down and running out to buy the iPaq 2200 series, it has found a home in some niche markets. This handheld analyzer seems to leave all the hard work up to the iPaq, and the iPaq appears to be performing well for this task. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to slide your PPC into any machine at work and have it instantly configured for you and provide output to your PDA as you like it?
