Can You Trade In Your e740 For A 2003 Toshiba Pocket PC?

Toshiba was mentioned in a CNet News article earlier this week. "Toshiba announced on Tuesday that it is launching a program that will allow owners of its mobile computers and technology products from other manufacturers to trade in those products to purchase new Toshiba technology."
I went to the site but you have to register to get any information on what is eligible for the tradeup and how much you'd get. So, any of you with a Toshiba Pocket PC with the 2002 OS that would like to trade up to the new 2003 devices, this may help lessen some of the sting. Post back what the offers are. I am wondering if this is going to be better than a trip through eBay or not.
