T-Mobile USA releases Pocket PC Phone Edition

This must be XDA day. According to Andy it's going all over the world, and we proof it right away. Marc Zimmermann pointed out to us it is available from T-Mobile Germany right now. And if that's not enough: you can get it at Voicestream / T-Mobile USA too.
