"Mobility is a client-server product designed for Windows PCs and Pocket PC handhelds that allows users to maintain connections to their applications while roaming across networks and subnets, as well as ensuring continuity of their wireless service across a broad range of IP (Internet Protocol) networks."

It supports 802.11a, 802.11b, GPRS, GSM and Bluetooth. Not for your home network though. It starts at $6,000 for 10 users and requires a Windows NT or Windows 2000 server. All flavors of Windows, plus Pocket PC and Windows CE 2.x and higher clients are supported.
