Looking for a job in the Windows CE world?

I wasn't sure how to categorize this, but it sounds like an excellent job and I thought I'd post on it. I wonder if we should create a job forum? They're offering Pocket PC Thoughts a placement fee if someone gets the job from reading this site, so I'd appreciate if the successful applicant remembers us on his/her rise to fame. This is also interesting as a news item - I'm 99% sure they're talking about ATI, and we know that ATI has a mobile 3D chipset they want to get into PDAs - and now they're looking for someone to spearhead driver development in the Windows CE environment. Cool!

The successful candidate will develop innovative ideas for existing and new products, while working closely with external partners and customers throughout all product stages. Key Responsibilities include: Work on next generation PDA device; Graphic driver and multimedia driver development; Use software design expertise to ensure no pitfall in the final product; Track program execution and ensure that the development stays on time; Work with other engineers to define next generation product.
A University degree, with minimum 5 years of programming experience is required. The candidate must have strong knowledge in C for embedded systems for Windows CE. Knowledge of Windows CE API's, libraries, embedded C, C++, Visual Studio, etc.
