"The ability to control aspects of a game on your handset is an interesting concept. The video shows multiple user support for Windows Phone 7 and Kinect integration. The users control objects on the screen with the touch of their WP7 device, giving the player a unique and real-time experience with Kinect."
From day one, Microsoft emphasized the connection between Xbox 360 and Windows Phone 7. From the looks of this video, (courtesy of Microsoft) that connection is about to get even tighter. It'll be interesting to see what developers can come up with when they get access to this API.
